Mr. Tabbitas brings with him twenty- seven (27) years of experience in supplier management and
material services.
Mr. Tabbitas is also an Adjunct Professor of Business at both Dowling and St Joseph’s College on Long Island, New York and a staunch supporter of workforce development and revitalization of the manufacturing in America through the expansion and frontend alignment of the domestic supply chain along with critical need for manufacturing incubators to bridge the gap from innovation to production reducing failure risk by ensuring implementation of the correct infrastructure, design consideration, skillsets, and operational sustainability.
Mr. Tabbitas works closely with New York State industry, academia, and Government fostering a collaborative environment to build new industry, expand the domestic supply chain and develop targeted training and certification programs to address industry skillset needs of today and tomorrow including new skills required
in response to the needs of the emerging industries.
As a foundation for development of these innovative concepts, Mr. Tabbitas founded and is President of Dynamic Supplier Alignment, Inc and the owner of the DSA Registered Service Mark. DSA, Inc provides a
full range of commercialization services for the small business to accelerate market capture, industrialization, job creation and economic growth.
Mr. Tabbitas holds a Bachelor and Master’s Degree in Management from Dowling College, Long Island

Role: Business Development, Strategic Planning and Operations Management.
Mike Rubino has been with DSA for two years acting as the VP of Business Development responsible for developing existing and potential clients and their products/services. Prior to joining DSA, Michael managed process integration, quality operations and planning of the foreign and domestic entities that brought a $130 million sterile biopharmaceutical product to market. He was hired to be part of the New York facilities team that was an instrumental part of turning around the products FDA defined deficient business operations, the transition of the product following an acquisition by a private equity buyer and the launch /re-launch of the product into new/previously supplied foreign markets. Mr. Rubino also has in his background real estate due diligence research and reporting and civil and environmental engineering services project management and testing.
Mr. Rubino holds a Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science with a concentration in Environmental Planning.
